As a seventh-round pick out of Notre Dame in the 2017 NFL Draft, Isaac Rochell has faced uncertainty throughout his career. After spending four years with the Chargers, he has since bounced around different teams, including a brief stint with the Indianapolis Colts, a short time with the Cleveland Browns, and a few weeks with the Las Vegas Raiders. with the Raiders, Rochell hopes to finally find a sense of stability and a team to call home. The opportunity to establish continuity with the Raiders could be a turning point in his career.

The addition of Rochell to the Raiders’ defensive line intensifies the already fierce competition for pass-rushing snaps. Jordan Willis, Malcolm Koonce, and undrafted free agent Adam Plant were already battling it out, and now they must contend with yet another formidable name in the mix.
